Latisse™ is a topical prescription product from Allergan (the makers of Botox® and Juvederm®). This product launched in Canada in 2010. Latisse is a prescription medicine and only available through cosmetic physician offices, not pharmacies.

How to Use:
Latisse™ is applied daily until you’re happy with the results, and can then often be maintained with 2-3 applications per week. Only apply at the base of the upper eyelashes. DO NOT APPLY to the lower eyelid.
Side Effects:
Side effects appear to be limited to temporary redness of the eye or eyelids, and rarely a darkening of the skin under the eyes or the irises. Although not seen in LATISSE® clinical studies, may cause increased brown pigmentation of the colored part of the eye which is likely permanent. Eyelid skin darkening may occur which may be reversible.
Do Not Use Latisse and talk to your doctor if:-
You have no visible eyelashes;

You are pregnant or breastfeeding;

You have an active eye infection or inflammation, eyelid disease, eyelid infection, broken or irritated eyelid skin, or eye injury;

You need to have eye surgery; and
-
You are allergic to bimatoprost.
